The Position

Our company is seeking some high caliber candidates to assist the Company’s shipping and operations. You’ll work in related to different aspects of logistics and shipping processes, assist streamlined operations and inventory flow for customers’ orders. You will be working in a young, flexible, cool atmosphere and team work environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Assist in daily online orders processing to cope with our e-business
  • Liaise with courier company and warehouse for daily operation
  • Stock management
  • Dealing with spreadsheets to maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments
  • Ensure daily shipments to be processed in a timely manner
  • Monthly courier financial report reconciliation
  • Provide strong communications with couriers and internal departments
  • Follow up on issued order status
  • Other ad-hoc projects

Skills & requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • 1 year clerical experience is preferred but not essential   
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • PC knowledge, proficient in MS WORD & advanced level MS EXCEL function
  • Must be detail minded, efficient and motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility

Working Location

  • Kennedy Town
